The Delizie di Mais, another Artebianca classic, are based on a medieval recipe developed at the Malaspina court kitchens and enriched halfway through the 16th century with maize flour. This grain, of ancient origin, is rich in vitamins, starch, fibre and proteins – and its nutritional properties are maintained by ‘stone’ grinding. Ancient biscuits for a modern lifestyle! Delicious, with just the right crunchiness and a subtle flavour like no other; they are a perfect match with the delicate aroma of both black and green teas.

INGREDIENTS
Type “0” Wheat flour , Sugar, Stone ground maize flour (23%), Butter, Fresh Eggs, Egg whites, Milk , Sunflower Oil, Raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, rice starch). May contain traces of: soy and nuts.
Does not contain GMOs, preservatives, colorings and flavorings.
