This recipe requires 100% Italian eggs from a controlled supply chain, butter, GMO-FREE (not genetically modified) soy flour stone-ground at a small mill, and condensed milk. Protein-rich, soy flour finds its perfect complement in the intense sweetness of condensed milk – and the result is a highly-original flavour. This biscuit, one of Artebianca’s very earliest creations, is still a top seller.

INGREDIENTS
Type “0” Wheat flour , Sugar, Butter, Stone gound Soy flour(10%), Egg whites , Fresh Eggs, Sunflower oil, Condensed milk , Raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, rice starch). May contain traces of: soy and nuts.
Does not contain GMOs, preservatives, colorings and flavorings.
