Artebianca’s third classic biscuit creations, the wholemeal products. Months of experimentation to find just the right proportions of selected raw materials, and addition
of dextrose – a sugar with about 70% less sweetening power than sucrose – resulted in the recipe for a delicious, crunchy, full-flavoured biscuit. Wholemeal flour provides all the nutrients contained in the germ because the grain is ground whole; for the same reason, wholemeal flour is high in dietary fibre and stimulates digestion.
